How long does shipping take?
Standard fulfillment timelines apply. Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after confirmation.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Provisions are fulfilled from different locations, so you may receive multiple shipments. This also applies to bundles, where items may arrive separately.

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email as each item is dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact the Concierge Team immediately at shop@lowenclub.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

What if my provision arrives damaged or defective?

Do provisions come with warranties?
Yes. Provisions are covered by applicable supplier warranties where available. Our team will assist in facilitating any warranty-related support.

What makes LOWEN provisions different?
LOWEN provisions are selected based on three core principles: Biological Alignment, Demonstrable Efficacy, and Limited Commercial Ubiquity. Each item must support at least one biological optimization pathway—such as mitochondrial function, metabolic function, nervous system regulation, sleep architecture, or recovery—and contribute to the broader Measurement → Intervention → Continuity framework.

The Shop is not a conventional retail operation; it functions as the continuity layer of the LOWEN platform.

Are LOWEN provisions medical devices or treatments?
No. LOWEN Retail does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All provisions are intended solely to support environmental and lifestyle optimization.

How are provisions selected?
All provisions must meet strict criteria: alignment with biological function, credible scientific or clinical rationale, and relevance within the LOWEN system. Novelty products, trend-based items, and unsubstantiated claims are intentionally excluded.

Do provisions work together, or are they standalone?
Provisions are designed as integrated components of the LOWEN system. Environmental measurement, air quality, circadian lighting, signal environment, and recovery tools are intended to operate together—not in isolation.

Do I need all provisions to see benefits?
Not necessarily. Outcomes are strongest when provisions are used in coordinated combinations aligned with your environment and routines. Individual categories can still provide meaningful support when properly selected.

How do I know which provisions are right for me?
Selection depends on your environment, routines, and goals. For full-system guidance, LOWEN Habitat Engineering offers structured environmental assessment and optimization.

How do Shop provisions integrate with LOWEN Club programs?
Shop provisions act as protocol extension tools, reinforcing the biological domains addressed in Club diagnostics and structured programs.

How do Shop provisions integrate with LOWEN Habitat Engineering?
The Shop serves as the personal continuity layer, while Habitat Engineering addresses residential infrastructure. Together, they form a closed-loop system:

What are LOWEN System Bundles?
Bundles are curated groupings designed to simplify implementation of specific environmental or lifestyle functions (e.g., Bath & Body, Kitchen, Ritual). Each bundle delivers coordinated support across multiple biological pathways.

How does resupply work for bundles?
If you purchase any bundle, you will receive an email within 5 days of your order containing a private resupply link.

What does the resupply link allow?
It provides access to reorder individual provisions from your bundle, allowing you to maintain continuity without repurchasing the full bundle.

Do these provisions connect to a larger system?
Yes. The LOWEN Shop is the continuity layer within the broader LOWEN platform, which includes clinical services, structured programs, and Habitat Engineering.

What is the Biological Exposure Index™ (BEI)?
The Biological Exposure Index™ (BEI) is a proprietary 0–100 Environmental Load Score used to quantify environmental conditions. Broader rollout is scheduled beginning in 2026.

Does LOWEN offer full home optimization?
Yes. LOWEN Habitat Engineering provides environmental performance services—including measurement, intervention, and recalibration—for select projects in:
